Convert Hz to Mels.

Parameters

• freq (Union[Tensor, float]) – The input tensor with arbitrary shape.

• htk (bool, optional) – Use htk scaling. Defaults to False.

Returns

Frequency in mels.

Return type

Union[Tensor, float]
